At Mobile Pixels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your portable monitor or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
